Return Policy

Here at Luvsassyclothing.com we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if not we will issue a full STORE CREDIT for unused merchandise. No refunds, only store credit will be issued. You may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Returns received beyond the 14 days will not be accepted. In order to receive a full STORE CREDIT please email info@luvsassyclothing.com within 3 days of receipt. Please include your full name, order number and reason for return in the subject of the email. Customer service will contact you via email within 24-48 hours.

Returned merchandise MUST be unused, unworn, with all tags attached and its original packaging. Please note ALL shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items 

All custom and personalize items or sales items are final. We take great care to confirm your design before printing, so please double-check all details before submitting your order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about specific item. Sale or clearance items are also final.
