HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE OR STORE CREDIT?

Please enter your coupon code or store credit in the coupon code section on the checkout page. Your valid coupon code or store credit will be applied to your purchase once you click “apply coupon”. Your purchase amount will adjust and you will continue checkout.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

If you have double pending transactions on your account, you have not been charged twice. What you see is double authorization charges. This can happen if you click “confirm” multiple times during the checkout process. Please do not worry, as your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours of the transaction and you will only be charged once.

I RECEIVED A “DECLINED” NOTIFICATION OR ” ORDER NOT PROCESSED” BUT I KNOW I HAVE THE AVAILABLE FUNDS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check to make sure that your billing address in the same as your shipping address. It is possible that you are providing two different addresses during checkout. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

At this time luvsassyclothing.com does not provide International shipping.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Domestic shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and is based on your purchase total. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If a package states that USPS deliver it and you did not get it, please follow-up with USPS. Please Note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
